Ordering exchange carbonators requires that you have an equal number of empty carbonators to return to SodaStream. Return shipping for your empty carbonators is FREE as long as you follow the email instructions sent to you when you place your order for exchange carbonators.
Failure to promptly return an equal amount of empty carbonators for the number of exchange carbonators you ordered may result in the reclassification of your carbonator(s) to spare (licensed) carbonator(s).
